What FileFly is
FileFly (飛傳) is a peer-to-peer (P2P) transfer tool. Files and messages travel directly between devices and are not stored on our cloud. Because transfers are encrypted and go device-to-device, we cannot and do not review, monitor, or keep any content you send.
You are responsible for your content
You are solely responsible for the files and messages you send and receive. Do not use FileFly to transfer content that is illegal, infringes others’ rights, contains malware, or that you are not authorized to share. Any legal responsibility arising from your use of the service rests with you.
No guarantee of availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that connections will always succeed, that transfers will be uninterrupted, or any particular speed. Cross-network transfers rely on third-party relay services (TURN/STUN) and may fail depending on your network environment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GooGooTeach is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including file loss, corruption, failed transfers, or data exposure.
Security reminder
Content is encrypted in transit, but please verify who you are connecting with so you don’t send to the wrong person. An invite link or invite code is effectively an open connection — do not post it publicly.
Third-party services
This site may use third-party advertising (e.g., Google AdSense) and relay services. Their behavior and policies are the responsibility of those third parties.
Changes
We may update this disclaimer at any time without individual notice. Continued use means you accept the current version.
